Since you have all the necessary items needed, here is what you need to do:

  1. Wash the Okra very well to avoid sand, when sand enters the soup it spoils everything
  2. Slice the Okra into tiny pieces, if possible you and pound it.
  3. Grind the cray fish if it was not grind
  4. Grind the Pepper if it was not grind
  5. Grind your Egusi (Melon) if it was not grind
  6. Wash The Onions and slice it
  7. Open the Titus Sardine and pour the content into a plate or bowl, you can also use small water to rinse the canned if you don’t want to rinse the cane, add small water to make it lite a little.
  8. Now, put your pot on the fire for some minutes, after all the water that was inside the has dried off, pour in your palm oil and allow it to be on the fire for like 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Add Salt then later you add your sliced onions and stir it, hope it has brought out some flavour?.
  10. Now what you have to do next is to pour in your Okra into the oil and stir it and after 1 minute you can pour in your grind Egusi (Melon) and stir the pot as you are adding the Egusi.
  11. After 2 minutes you put water, note that the quality of water should depend on the soup you want to make, I think half a litre of water should be ok.
  12. After 10 minutes or less than that depending on your fire, add your salt, Maggi, crayfish and pepper and stir it very well.
  13. Pour in your Titus Sardine and stir it very well, leave it to steam for like 10 minutes.
  14. After the 10 minutes, your soup is ready to be served.
