Now Sice you have gotten the necessary thing (Items) we need in making the soup, here are things you need to do.

  1.  Wash very well and slice The Scent Leaf
  2. Wash and Slice The Okra, cut it into smaller pieces if possible you can grind or pound it.
  3. Wash The Periwinkle to avoid sand
  4. wash the catfish and the Dry Fish
  5. Wash The Kpumo and cut it into pices
  6. Wash everything that needs to be washed.
  7. Wash The meat and put in inside the pot and steam it. ( You don’t know how to steam meat?, I will still guide you on that).
  8. Pot the meat inside the pot, add salt, add maggie, add pepper and small Onions.
  9. Steam it for like 15 to 20 minutes, after that you add water, you should know the quantity and the y of water to add.
  10. Now after adding the water, put the Stuck fish, Kpumo and the dry fish.
  11. Let it steam for like 10 minutes and after 10 minutes you add your palm oil to make the stuck fish soft quickly.
  12. After some minutes you add your crayfish, Maggi, Pepper, salt ( Before adding Maggi, Pepper and salt, you need to taste the soup to know the quantity of Maggi, Pepper and salt you need to add so that you won’t spoil everything because too much of Maggi, Pepper and salt can spoil the soup totally.
  13. after Adding Maggi, Pepper and salt, now you can put your Okra, don’t cover the pot immediately you put the okra let the pot be open.
  14. Now you can put your periwinkle, stir the pot very well and allow it,to steam for some time.
  15. After like 10 minutes, up your slice Scent leaf and stir the pot very well for proper mixture.
  16. After 10 minutes, Your scent Leaf soup is ready.
