  • Now, just like the same steps you take if you want to cook Aditan, boil the Atama leaf for like 30 minutes, then pour it into a filter.
  • If You need it to have small bitterness, you need to wash it like 2 times and you don’t want any bitterness, you need to wash it continuously until the bitterness goes finish, how will you know that the bitterness is gone?, you need to be tasting it while washing the Atama leaf.
  • Now allow it to boil very well, after like 30 minutes put the stuck fish, Kpumo and the dry fish, wait until it is soft a little.
  • Next, you have to Add waterleaf, after 10 minutes put, the cry fish, pepper, salt and the magi, leave it for like 10 minutes
  • After the 10 minutes, put periwinkle, if you want to use Melon, this is the right time for you to Add it.
  • After 10 minutes, Add the Atama , allow it to be like 20 minutes.
